A training model geared towards employability

One of the most innovative aspects of Talento Tech is its focus on employability. Unlike other educational programs, this one not only provides technical training, but is also designed to facilitate the employment of graduates.

Through an integrated employability platform, participants will have access to job opportunities and resources for creating their own businesses. This platform becomes an essential tool for connecting graduates with the labor market, which currently faces a significant shortage of qualified IT professionals.

Diversity of levels and universal access

Talento Tech is aimed at a wide range of people, from beginners with no prior experience to professionals looking to update their skills. The program offers three levels of training: basic, intermediate and advanced. This structure allows anyone over the age of 14, regardless of their previous educational level, to participate and benefit from the training. The only requirement to enter is to complete a placement test to determine the appropriate starting point.

Furthermore, the training is tailored to the needs of the global technology sector, allowing participants to acquire skills that are valued both locally and internationally. Certificates of competency issued by companies in the sector, such as O, S and E, will be awarded to graduates, ensuring that the credentials obtained are recognised by employers worldwide.
