New fight captured on video in Antigua Guatemala

The night of fun that some young people intended to have in Antigua Guatemala turned into a pitched fight in a nightclub. The events occurred during the early hours of this Saturday, March 2, 2024, according to a video shared on social networks.

For unknown reasons, two people started a brawl in a local Antigüeño. Due to the force of the blows, those involved end up lying on the floor at the other end of the room, while others begin to join the fight.

After images of the fight came to light, residents of Antigua Guatemala asked the commune to take preventive actions.

In this context, they requested compliance with current regulations that require nightclubs to close early.

The fight occurred in a place where loud music is played. You can also see some restaurant tables.

Upon noticing the fight, several of those present stood up and watched as those involved fell to the ground, hitting each other.

Petition to municipal council after fight

In the publication made, the municipal council is asked to evaluate putting into practice the early closure of these premises.

Other users of the social network Facebook considered that the cause of the fight was excessive consumption of intoxicating beverages.
