Proposals to supplement the list of documents required for completing personal files of civil servants were developed by the Agency for Civil Service Affairs, Liter.kz reports.
The draft resolution was published on the portal “Open legal acts“.
The proposed changes include the addition of the following documents:
- copies of documents on the award of departmental awards (if any);
- information about business identification numbers of enterprises where the employee previously worked;
- information about personal identification numbers of family members;
- Qazaq resmi test/Qaztest certificates or certificates on knowledge of foreign languages, current at the time of adding to the file (if available);
- data on professional achievements;
- information about the employee’s contribution to social and cultural life, contribution to science, art and sports.
All new data will be placed exclusively in the digital information system “E-Kyzmet”, excluding paper storage.
Responsibility for the content of personal files in the system rests with the chief of staff of the government agency. In institutions where such a position is not provided, this responsibility is assigned to the person authorized to appoint to public positions.
The draft resolution is available for public comment until June 28, 2024.
