The investigation brought new charges against the suspected perpetrators of the terrorist attack at Crocus City Hall – participation in a terrorist organization and training for the purpose of terrorism.

Clause “b” of part 3 of Article 205 (committing a terrorist act resulting in death as part of an organized group), part 2 of Article 205.5 (participation in a terrorist organization), 205.3 (preparation for the purpose of propaganda, terrorist activity) ), part 4 of Article 222 (illegal arms circulation within an organized gang) – judge Yevgenia Nikolaeva listed the articles of the Criminal Code that are proposed against criminals.
The two charges were previously unknown.
On Friday, the Basmanny court of Moscow extended the detention period and investigation period of Dalerjon Mirzoev, Murodali Rachabalizode, Muhammadsobir Fayzov and Shamsidin Fariduni, who are suspected of committing the terrorist act, until November 22.
On March 22, a terrorist attack took place in the Crocus City Hall concert hall in Krasnogorsk, near Moscow: the attackers fired automatic weapons at people in the building and set fire to the auditorium. 145 people were killed and more than 550 people were injured.
12 people were arrested in connection with the terrorist attack in Moscow. Four people suspected of committing the crime were initially charged with committing a terrorist act resulting in death as part of an organized gang, and the rest were charged with participating in the commission of this crime.
