It is not the first time this has happened. Already on February 23, 2022, at the Fira d’associacions at the Pompeu Fabra University (UPF), a group of around 100 hooded people with smoke canisters and flares went to the S’ha Finish! information point. The young patriots were surrounded and the radicals began to insult and threaten them. From threats they turned to actions and attacked the members of the association, as well as the students and teachers who were there.
Shortly after those events, prominent politicians from the separatist world who now decide the future of Spain, such as the convicted Oriol Junqueras and Carme Forcadell, protected and justified this type of violence against young patriotseven going so far as to cheer on those investigated for attacks on their social networks.
