It is known that the house where the fire occurred is old, has 3 floors that combine living, renting (about 7 years ago) and doing business in repairing electric vehicles of all kinds. At 0:52 on the same day, units approached the scene, deployed firefighting, prevented the fire from spreading along with reconnaissance missions to search and rescue victims; At this time, the fire had grown strongly, destroying many motorbikes, electric bicycles, and bicycles in the yard area. Smoke and toxic gases covered the entire fire area. The forces broke the lock on the main gate, broke the window to get inside the house and rescued 7 trapped people, including 3 injured people who were taken to the hospital for emergency treatment.
