Municipality of Ioanniton: Information actions on home composting

With the aim of informing and raising citizens’ awareness of home composting, it is planned to carry out 3 actions with an information stand (stand) where those citizens who wish to purchase a home composter will sign the relevant declaration and will be informed of the hours and days they can spend the construction site to collect the composter.

In the context of raising awareness among citizens and also with the aim of attracting them to the stand, compost bags will be distributed for use on plants, etc.

More specifically, the actions will take place as follows:

1. In Katsika square on Saturday 20/04 and time 10.00 – 14.00 with the aim of informing permanent residents of the area.

2. In Mavili Square on Saturday 20/04 from 17.00 – 21.00 with the aim of informing as many citizens as possible as it is a particularly busy spot with residents from all areas.

3. At Hatzi square on Tuesday 23/04 and time 09.30-13.30 with the aim of informing permanent residents of the area who will visit the square due to the public market that day.
