Planned in three months, the morning show “Bonjour!” hopes to shuffle the cards in this time slot dominated by France 2 and Télématin. “All major global channels have a +morning programme+, it is a logical continuation for TF1 to have a morning news and discussion meeting,” Bruce Toussaint, stolen by BFMTV for his good nature and now surrounded by many internal channels recruits like Christophe Beaugrand or Laurent Mariotte.
The show, focused on the welcoming furnishings of an apartment and good mood, is punctuated by a news program every 30 minutes, presented by Garance Pardigon, by multiple interventions from the regions, as well as news on well-being, health, family, innovation and also gastronomy.
On the occasion of its launch last Monday, 512,000 curious people (15.3%) were in front of the screen to follow Bruce Toussaint’s first steps in “Bonjour”. The Journalist was down to just 292,000 viewers on Tuesday.
The next day, Bruce Toussaint gathered 303,000 people.
On Thursday, the former BFMTV newscaster dipped below 300,000 viewers (291,000 people) before ending its first week with just 235,000 viewers.
