In the next three years, more than 100 thousand people will return to Karabakh and Eastern Zangezur economic regions, the return of internally displaced persons is carried out within the framework of the state program.

According to him, as a result of the implementation of the State Program “Great Return to Territories Freed from Occupation of the Republic of Azerbaijan”, the return of internally displaced persons to their native lands is being carried out.
So, in general, more than 100,000 people are expected to return to Karabakh and East Zangezur economic regions within the next three years.
The ambassador said that the liberation of Azerbaijani territories from occupation created new realities not only in Azerbaijan, but in the entire region.
Polad Bulbuloglu noted that large-scale restoration works have been carried out in these areas in the last three years: “So far, large financial resources have been allocated from the country’s budget for these purposes. This is a unique and unparalleled model of rapid post-conflict reconstruction implemented by the state at the expense of its own financial resources.”
