Moong Sprouts Pav Bhaji Recipe

Existence Taste: Do this simple to make and engaging snack recipe. This pav bhaji recipe comprised of sprouted moong is wholesome and occasional in carbohydrates.

1 cup boiled sprouted moong

1 medium sized chopped onion

1 teaspoon chili powder

2 medium sized chopped inexperienced chillies

2 tbsp butter

2 medium sized mashed boiled potatoes

2 medium sized chopped tomatoes

1/4 teaspoon turmeric

1 teaspoon pav bhaji masala

3 pinches of salt

Step 1

Boil sprouted moong in little or no water. Don’t overcook. Filter out the water and stay it apart.

Step 2

Warmth butter on a pan and fry the onion till golden.

step 3

Upload tomatoes, chilli powder, turmeric powder, inexperienced chillies, pav bhaji masala, salt and prepare dinner for 1 minute.

step 4

Upload potatoes, moong sprouts and coriander and prepare dinner for two mins.

Step 5

If the mix turns into dry, sprinkle moong water on it.

Step 6
