Montenegro’s shop boycott has led to a decrease in turnover by 30% –

According to the tax administration of Montenegro, the five largest retail chains are 30.23% decline in turnover compared to February 1 because of the boycott of stores on Saturday – February 8, Mina reported.

On February 8, the turnover of the five largest retail chains reached EUR 2.96 million, and on February 1, when there was no boycott, the turnover was € 4.24 million.

The tax administration data show that the largest decrease in turnover is in the central area with a decrease of 35.86 percent.

In the northern region there is a decrease in turnover of 30.62 percent, and 21.5% less money has entered the boxes in the southern region.

On the day of the boycott of the stores, they were issued with 18.15 percent fewer receipts, BTA reported.
