But sources say that Modi’s swearing-in ceremony will be held on Sunday, not Saturday. World leaders like Bangladesh Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina, Sri Lankan President Ranil Wickremesinghe, Nepalese Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal Prachanda will be present as guests.
Meanwhile, Times of India reported that the swearing-in ceremony of N Chandrababu Naidu as the Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh may take place on June 12. It was initially scheduled for June 9. But on that day Narendra Modi will take oath as Prime Minister. Chandrababu Naidu will also attend the event. Due to this, he can postpone his swearing-in ceremony on June 12.
