According to information published by “People” magazine, it was on March 25 when the protagonist of “Fast & Furious”, through his lawyers, presented a motion before the judge to dismiss the lawsuit that a woman from name Asta Jonasson filed at the end of 2023 and in which she claims to have been sexually assaulted by Diesel while they were filming the fifth installment of the successful saga.

As if that were not enough, Diesel also requests that the plaintiff cover all of her attorneys’ fees.

In the documents, to which the publication had access, Diesel also pleads not guilty and “denies, generally and specifically, each and every one of the allegations in the lawsuit and further denies that the plaintiff is entitled to any relief against the defendant.” and that the plaintiff has suffered damages as alleged, or in any other sum or sums, or at all.”

This is not the first time that the actor responds to Jonasson’s accusations, in December of last year his legal team had already spoken out on the matter, because just a few days after the lawsuit came to light, lawyer Bryan issued a statement in which he claimed to have evidence that refuted the woman: “This is the first time that (Vin Diesel) has heard about this claim from more than 13 years ago. “There is clear evidence that completely refutes these outlandish accusations,” he said at the time.

What is Vin Diesel accused of?

At the end of 2023, Asta Jonasson claimed to have been a victim of sexual abuse by the “Triple X” actor. According to the woman’s statements, Diesel’s company, One Race, hired her to work as the actor’s assistant during the filming of the film “Fast 5″ in Georgia, but after the attack she was fired from her position.
