Melina Ramírez told how difficult it has been for her to send her son to school

Melina Ramírez, current host of the Canal Caracol imitation program, Yo me nombre, spoke about the nostalgic moments she is experiencing with her son, Salvador. Through the stories on her Instagram account, she revealed that her youngest’s first day of school has been an emotionally difficult event for her.

“I have my first day of school in my sights.” Help,” he wrote next to the video that he shared with his followers. In the clip, Melina is seen traveling in a car with the child sitting on her lap. While she is recording, she tells her son that she is happy to accompany him to her first day at her school and that she is probably going to cry a lot because she is aware that she is growing up.

He mentioned that Canal Caracol had given him permission to accompany Salvador, since he is still recording Yo me llama. “What a blessing to be able to accompany you today, I love you. My child outgrew me,” she mentioned.

Melina described the company she works for as generous. She said that because it was her first day, her son had had to wear his usual clothes, but that she would soon start wearing her uniform. The boy, the model also said, was carrying a Spider-Man suitcase with him.

Melina also shared the message she left written for Salvador on a yellow paper cut out in the shape of a star. “Son, today you begin a new path. I wish you to always be a happy child, capable of fulfilling all his dreams and purposes. I will always be here to accompany your steps. I feel very happy and proud of you. Your dad, from Medellín, is also very proud of you. We love you infinitely. Congratulations, our big boy. “He loves you, mom,” Melina wrote.

Melina left that message on a billboard, because although she accompanied him on the first day, Salvador will have to be alone on the other days.

“I have a ‘first day of school stuck in my eye,’” commented the presenter of ‘Yo me llama’

Salvador is the son of Melina and Mateo Carvajal, former participant and winner of the popular physical test contest on Canal Caracol, The Challenge. It was precisely while recording that program that they met and fell in love.

On January 25, 2019, after more than two years of relationship, the couple publicly announced that they were waiting for Salvador. “Welcome. Dad and mom are waiting for you. Thank you for choosing us and fulfilling this incredible dream. We love you from the soul,” Mateo commented in those days. Months later it was learned that their relationship had ended.

Despite the end of their courtship, Melina and Mateo maintain a cordial relationship, in fact, each one has had formal relationships after that. Ramírez maintains a solid relationship with actor Juan Manuel Mendoza, they even announced, in December 2021, that they were going to get married. Mateo, for his part, is dating Stephanie Ruiz. Salvador, then, usually travels constantly to spend time with both of them.

“When you understand that it is someone with whom you are going to have a relationship for the rest of your life, make it pleasant, make it a friend, make it bearable… it was very difficult to finish at the beginning, to forgive, to overcome so many painful things that there were at the time, but the Life happens, life goes on (…) I gave it my all, I tried a thousand times and if things didn’t work out, it was time to say no more. I have a clear conscience today; No one can take away the peace of mind of having given all that to me,” Melina commented in the middle of an interview with the Channel One gossip and entertainment program, I Know Everything.

“It is not easy for me to get to work in Bogotá with the baby. I carry him up and down, it’s the three of us, the babysitter, Salvador and I (…) I’m not going to teach my son to be afraid, I’m going to teach him that he has a mother who is capable of taking her son out forward, the two of us alone in Bogotá. Life goes on and here you have a berraca mother to work with,” she concluded. With Infobae
