Most of the medical treatment services in Azerbaijan have become more expensive in the last year.
Publika.az With reference to the State Statistics Committee, it is reported that the price increase has shown itself in all services.
In October 2022, the price of the therapist service was 15.69 manats. Although the prices did not change compared to September, the price increase compared to last year exceeded 14%. So, in October last year, the price of the service was 13.73 manats. As a result, the increase was 1.96 manats or 14.3%.
There was no change in the eye doctor service compared to September. Compared to the corresponding period of last year, the prices increased from 15.50 manats to 19.34 manats. With this, there was an increase of 3.84 manats or 24.8%.
There was an increase of 0.10 AZN or 0.5% in cardiologist service compared to September. So, the prices changed from 18.48 manats to 18.58 manats. In the annual comparison, the difference was 1.9 manats or 11.4%. With that, the prices changed from 16.68 manat to 18.58 manat.
Compared to September, an increase of 0.10 manat or 1.3% was observed for the physiotherapist service fee. The indicators were 7.60 manats in September and 7.70 manats in October. Compared to the corresponding period of last year, prices increased by 0.71 manat or 10.3%. In October last year, the service fee was 6.89 manats.
