Mayor of Mi Perú receives recognition from the UN

For the work that has been done in favor of children

He Mayor of Mi Perú, Irvin Chávezreceived important recognition from the United Nations Organization (UN) led by representative Blanca Mujica; UN Goodwill Ambassador and Queen Mother Delois Blakely; the UN global peace ambassador, Andriesse Bass; as well as the president of the Municipal System of the DIF of Tepeaca (Mexico), Attorney. Rebeca Sánchez; Bolivian delegations, Mexico and Dominican Republic.

“We want to thank and welcome the UN delegation mission. We hope that this is the first of many visits and that God through allows us to continue working and contributing to the country and the future of our children, as well as adolescents. In Mi Perú, we have the only municipal symphony in Callao, as well as a cast of Peruvian dances which amounts to more than two hundred children. “With education, art and culture, we are the district and strengthen our identity as Peruvians.”indicated the mayor.

The formal ceremony took place at the Special Basic Education Center (CEBE) “Sagrado Corazón” led by its director, Lic. María Isabel Fuerte Cabrera, where the students performed a spectacular sailor, being the great attraction of our foreign communities. Also participating in this ceremony was the student Adriano Huasasquiche, a professional pianist and today a student at the emblematic school of Mi Perú, Manuel Seoane Corrales.

The ceremony concluded with the visit to the school of the NGO “Estación Esperanza”, whose president is Carlos Bernales and where in addition to visiting its facilities, efforts were articulated in favor of the children and adolescents of the district.
