The red city of Marrakech has been chosen to film scenes for a new Turkish drama series titled “Find Me”, written by Emre Ozdor and Hazar Kozitsi, and directed by Rikay Karagöz.
The Turkish channel “Noo” published, through its official pages on social media, promotional photos for the new series, starring actor Murad Yildirim and actress Ebru Şahin, which the aforementioned channel is expected to broadcast on its screen in the coming few months, after its initial scenes were filmed in Marrakech.
Turkish media reports revealed that Turkish drama star Murad Yildirim, husband of former Miss Morocco actress Iman El Bani, was the one who suggested to the production company of the series “Find Me” to film some of its scenes in the Capital of Palm Trees because of his great admiration for its authentic architecture and ancient culture.
The story of this new series revolves around the character of “Demir”, played by Murat Yildirim, an architect who discovers after his brother’s death that he has an unknown son. He sets out on a journey to find his brother’s widow, Nazli, and her son, which creates a dramatic conflict over who will have the child, amidst events full of tension and excitement.
It is worth noting that Murad Yildirim, who is preparing to compete in the Turkish drama season, has expressed, in a number of his previous statements, his great admiration for the city of Marrakech; considering it the best tourist destination for him, as he visits it every time he comes with his wife to Morocco.
