After consideration, the organizers apologized to the audience and announced the refund of tickets for the evening concert on April 14.
“After Tuan Hung apologized to the audience right on stage and wanted to refund the ticket price, some people asked to pay right at the concert. We also received many messages via Fanpage and personal mobile number about this”, the BTC representative shared with Tien Phong.
The organizers of the music night emphasized that they will refund the entire amount of money the audience bought tickets and checked in at the event ticket desk as an apology.
“This incident was completely unexpected, Delodelo Show would like to be reimbursed. Hope the audience still loves and supports. Everyone follow the program’s Fanpage to receive serious and quick compensation soon“, BTC announced.
Regarding the question of Tuan Hung admitting that he did not deserve to receive compensation and refund the ticket price, the organizers shared that they have not discussed specifically with the male singer.
“Right on stage and announced on his personal page, Tuan Hung said he wanted to pay the audience for tickets or perform another music night. After consideration, we agreed on a plan to refund tickets to the audience because organizing another music night next week is not simple. We accept the disadvantages to bring peace of mind to the audience and not betray everyone’s trust and love”, BTC representative said.
Currently, Tuan Hung has not shared more about the incident. Previously at the music night, the male singer apologized to the audience and asked to stop performing.
“Tuan Hung would like to apologize to the audience because his health cannot continue singing. Hung had a sore throat a few days ago and today he still hasn’t recovered. The more he sings, the more his quality goes down”, Tuan Hung said.
When the show’s audience kept encouraging and asking Tuan Hung to continue performing, he clasped his hands: “Hung really couldn’t continue. You see, Hung couldn’t even speak clearly.
