Malai Laddu : Now make laddu with cream at home, know the recipe quickly

RECIPE: Malai Laddu is a great sweet dish. People of all ages like to eat it, whether young or old. If anyone gets Malai Laddu, it is a different experience altogether. Ingredients
Milk – 2 liters
Milk/Cream – 1/4 cup
Milk powder – 3/4 cup
Condensed milk – 3/4 cup
Ghee – 1 tsp
Lemon juice – 2 tablespoons
Cardamom powder – 1/2 tsp
Sugar – as per taste

Method (Recipe)
First of all, take out 1/4 cup milk from 2 liters of milk and keep it aside.
– After this, put the remaining milk in a big vessel and keep it for heating.
– After the milk comes to a boil, add 2 tablespoons lemon to it.
– When the milk curdles, separate the water completely from it and put the curdled milk in a muslin cloth and filter it.
– Now wrap it completely in a cloth, squeeze it and press it with something heavy for some time and keep it aside. This way the paneer will be ready.
– Now put 1/4 cup milk, cream and 1 tsp ghee in a vessel and keep it on low flame to heat.
– Stir it well and check whether the butter and milk are mixed well or not.
– After this, add milk powder to it and cook while stirring till the mixture thickens.
– In about 5 minutes the mixture will start separating from the pan.
– Keep stirring it with a ladle until it becomes uniform. In this way, Mawa (Khoya) is ready.
– After this, start the process of making Malai Laddu. Take the prepared paneer and put it in a bowl and cut it into pieces.
– After this, add the prepared mawa into it and mix both of them well.
– This mixture has to be mixed till it becomes smooth.
– After this add condensed milk and sugar as per requirement and mix it.
– Mix it till the mixture thickens completely.
– Then add cardamom powder to this mixture and mix well. Now take the prepared mixture in your hands and make laddus out of it and keep them aside in a plate.
– Similarly, prepare laddus from the entire mixture. These can be eaten after cooling in the fridge.
