Make the perfect tortilla wrap for breakfast at home

Life Style: This breakfast tortilla fold technique became a major TikTok trend and is a genius idea if you haven’t tried it yet. This takes the regular tortilla breakfast wrap to the next level.
We love easy one-skillet breakfasts. Some of our most popular breakfasts include our One-Pan Breakfast Sandwich and of course our Breakfast Quesadillas.
Material
1 large tortilla, 10″ or burrito size
1 1/2 strips cooked bacon, 3 halved strips
1/2 avocado
1 large egg
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup shredded cheese, mozzarella or Mexican cheese
1 tsp butter, for frying
Method
Cook the bacon – Cut bacon strips in half and bake or air fry.
Crack the eggs – Crack an egg into a bowl, add salt and pepper and beat with a fork. Fry on buttered non-stick pan till cooked.
Mash 1/2 avocado in a bowl with a fork and season with salt and pepper.
Make a slit in the edge of the tortilla closest to you, cutting right down to the center.
Arrange ingredients on tortilla into 4 quadrants (bottom right: eggs, top right: bacon, top left: avocado, bottom left: shredded cheese).
Fold the tortilla – Fold the bottom right quadrant up, then proceed to fold the quadrants over each other to form a triangle.
Fry – Heat the same nonstick pan on medium flame and melt some butter in it. Fry the folded tortilla until golden brown and crisp on both sides, adding more butter to the other side.
