Material
Water: 2 cups
Green tea leaves: 2 teaspoons
Saffron threads: a pinch
Cardamom pods: 2-3, crushed
Cinnamon stick: 1 small piece
Almonds: 4-5, chopped
Raisins: 1 tbsp
Sugar or honey: to taste (optional)
Method
Boil 2 cups of water in a saucepan.
– Add green tea leaves, saffron threads, crushed cardamom pods and a small piece of cinnamon to boiling water.
– Let it boil on low flame for 2-3 minutes, so that its taste increases.
– Add chopped almonds and raisins to the mixture and cook on low flame for 2 minutes.
