recipe:
– First of all clean all the spices so that no dirt remains. – Now heat a pan or wok. – Add all the ingredients except nutmeg and mace and fry. Fry these spices on low flame while stirring continuously for about 2-3 minutes. Now take out all the spices in a plate and keep it to cool down a little.
