Beetroot – 1
Sugar – teaspoon
Curd – 1 cup
Black salt – a pinch
Cumin powder – a pinch
Cardamom powder – a pinch
Cashews – 4-5
Honey – as per taste
Pineapple – a little
Method
Peel, cut and boil the beetroot and keep it aside.
Now mix curd, sugar, black salt, cumin powder, cardamom powder and salt and beat well.
