Major attack by Houthi rebels: 9 UN personnel kidnapped, took this step due to financial crisis

Digital Desk, New Delhi. Yemen’s Houthi rebels, who are opposing Israel in the ongoing war between Israel and Hamas, have taken 9 people associated with the United Nations hostage. These include staff of the UN Human Rights Agency, World Food Program and a person working in the office of the UN Special Ambassador. Apart from this, the wife of a staff member has also been kidnapped.
