Madonna wore a black dress, which consisted of a solid black hip-length dress with a dramatic ankle-length lace overlay and a cape.
She wore many necklaces and bracelets, including a cross.
Madonna’s blonde hair was slightly wavy as she walked along the cobblestone streets in flip-flop-style sandals.
The icon wore black lace gloves and sunglasses to complete her look.
She held on to Akeem’s arm as they walked around the historical city.
Akeem wore a green-collared knitted top, white shorts, and sunglasses.
The couple later sat down for lunch outdoors with friends.
Madonna and Akeem appear to have first met in 2022 — Akeem was featured on Madonna’s August 2022 Paper Magazine cover issue.
On July 4, Madonna shared a series of racy photos featuring herself and Akeem in daring poses, including one in which Akeem’s hand is on Madonna’s breasts as they lay on a couch together.
