Residents of Gutserstraat in Noord had a bad night. At the end of the evening an explosive exploded in front of the front door of one of the houses. A resident of another house says that after that he no longer dared to sleep at home.
“I slept in the car,” he says. “I heard that two guys threw a Molotov cocktail here in the building. It didn’t go well. I couldn’t sleep in there anymore, no.”
Neighbors talk about two explosions, after which a fire broke out. “I heard screams: ‘we have to get out, we have to get out’. Then the firefighters and the police arrived,” says another resident of the building. “Then I went out. I took my dog with me. It was quite a situation.”

Another calls it “terrifying.” “I think the money still has to go down a little. I hope it doesn’t happen again. And everything inside is pitch black. It drives you crazy. You can start cleaning.”
No one has been arrested yet. The police are conducting an investigation.
