This course proposes to explore the possibilities of light as an expressive and artistic medium, as well as the main technologies for design, implementation and control in installations and live performance.

Concepts on the theory of light and optics will be addressed, applied practically to the development of artistic experiences, and notable references in this field will be reviewed and we will delve into the use of tools such as video projectors and LED lights.

During the process, the MadMapper software and the Arduino Microcontroller will be used, along with electronic and optical materials to develop various experimental prototypes, translating knowledge into artistic creations in a tangible format.
