Lenka Zahradnická before her third birth: Hormonal ride!

Although pregnancy is the most beautiful period of life for many women, these physically and psychologically demanding times are associated with all sorts of negative feelings that are not talked about publicly. Actress Lenka Zahradnická therefore she decided to go to the market with the skin and admit to everyone that “it’s okay not to be funny all the time” and that “appearances are often deceiving and doubt is normal”. All the more so when such big changes await the person in question – and this certainly applies in the case of the birth of a third child.

“Even though I look like I’m doing great and I’m the queen of cool and smiles, it’s not entirely true” admitted the star of the series in front of his almost 45,000 followers Narrate or Street. “It’s my third time, but I can’t say that I feel any more experienced. Maybe the other way around. A thousand things that, whether I want to or not, creep into my head in the moments when I can’t sleep and disturb my Zen “calm.”

In the last days before she gives birth to another offspring, she is said to lack patience in particular. “Pretty much everything I would normally go through with a smile throws me off. Then it makes me cry that I didn’t put up with the situation and it’s a circle of hell. I completely forgot about the hormonal prenatal ride,” she admitted openly.

“I change my moods like crazy in winter, I have hot flushes, I feel like a digger, I’m having fun like I’m in my last campaign and I usually take photos from above, so there’s at least a small hope that the photo won’t totally throw me off…”

“But the main thing is not to worry about it, admit that it’s quite normal, allow yourself not to be super pleasant and somehow not enjoy how difficult it is for us girls. We have, but then again we have the gift and the opportunity to give birth to a new life – and all the hardships are worth it!” she concluded in spite of all the unpleasant feelings with an exceedingly optimistic attitude.
