lemon chutney: Make spicy lemon chutney recipe without anyone’s help

1/2 kg lemon
250 g sugar (2 cups)
1 tsp red chilli powder
2 tablespoons salt
1/4 teaspoon crushed black cardamom
1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
How To Make Lemon Chutney
Wash the lemon and wipe it with a cloth.
Squeeze the juice and add salt to it.
Cut lemon peels into long strips, soak them in juice and put them in a jar.
Keep the jar in the sun for 6 days and stir it every other day until the lemon peels become soft.
Add sugar, red chilli, cardamom and cloves and mix.
Keep in the sun until the sugar dissolves.
This chutney can be preserved for up to a year if kept in an airtight jar.
