Ingredients to make Kulfi
a small bowl of coconut powder
A small bowl of cashew, almond and pistachio powder
sugar as per taste
one liter milk
aluminum foil
airtight container
one teaspoon cardamom powder
four white breads
How to make Coconut Kulfi
Put cashews, almonds and pistachios in a mixer jar and grind them.
Keep one liter milk to boil.
Separate the brown parts of four breads and grind them in a mixer to make a powder.
Peel the dry coconut, chop it finely and grind it in a mixer to make a powder.
When the milk boils, add saffron, cardamom powder, dry fruits powder and bread powder and boil well.
Add sugar as per taste and cook till it thickens.
When it becomes thick, turn off the flame and let it cool.
When the milk cools down, grind the mixture in a mixer and make it smooth.
Now put the kulfi mixture in an airtight container and pack it in aluminum foil on top.
Close the lid from above and leave it in the freezer for 4-5 hours.
When the kulfi gets set in four to five hours, cut it with the help of a knife and serve.
