Given the high demand of video game players in Mexico and Latin America, Six Flags decided to launch the first festival dedicated to gaming: Six Flags Gaming & Coaster Fest.
The theme park is a good setting for festivals, such as Terror, during the holiday season. Halloween and Day of the Dead; and Christmas In The Park, which is celebrated during the Christmas season.
Inspired by video games, cosplay and technology, they created this event, where gamers can enjoy games on PCs, consoles, tablets, cell phones, as well as the pleasure of generating adrenaline aboard roller coasters and other attractions.
The festival is divided into 3 zones (2 free and one with an additional cost), each decorated with vibrant lights and motifs that recall Japanese and Korean cultures, countries of great influence in the technological field. These are the details:
Cost to enter the theme park?
The daily pass for Six Flags Mexico costs $899 pesos for people over 1.20 meters tall; $499 for children under this size and pregnant women; $299 for disabled people and older adults with INAPAM; and free for children under 90 centimeters.
The activities, games on consoles, computers, tablets and cell phones at the MX Forum and the Tech Six Center are free.
