Kunal Khemu started singing, songwriting with ‘Hum Yahaan’

Mumbai: Surprising the audience once again, actor Kunal Khemu has now made his singing debut with the soulful track ‘Hum Yahaan’ from his upcoming directorial ‘Margao Express’. ‘Madgaon Express’ is Kunal’s directorial debut. Divyendu, Pratik Gandhi, Nora Fatehi and Avinash Tiwari are in lead roles.

Kunal entertained fans with his songs on Instagram. He has not only played the role of a writer and director but also a lyricist and singer for his film. ‘Hum Yahaan’ is co-composed, sung and written by Kunal Khemu.

Sharing the video on his Instagram handle, Kunal Khemu wrote, “For all the dreams that came true and those that are still being worked on. Friends are the ones who make us laugh out loud and help us in difficult times. Let’s do it, so it’s for everyone.” The ‘childhood dreams’ you had with your friends. #Weareoutnow.”

As soon as the song was released, fans flooded the comments to praise the actor’s singing talent. One user wrote, ‘This song is very beautiful.’ Another user commented, “Waiting for Go Goa Gone 2.”

Recently, Kunal unveiled the trailer of the film, which features three young boys who dream of someday holidaying in Goa. Their dream comes true but soon it turns into a nightmare as the three friends, now grown up, embark on a train journey via Margao Express to reach their destination Goa.

Upendra Limaye and Chhaya Kadam are also part of the comedy-drama. ‘Madgaon Express’ will release on March 22. It is produced by Ritesh Sidhwani and Farhan Akhtar. (ANI)
