Nawawi conveyed this in response to the transfer of case handling from the Gratification Directorate to the Directorate of Public Complaints Service Reception (PLPM).
“We are only transferring the handling to the directorate that already has an SOP in handling this, not stopping the handling of this matter,” said Nawawi in Bogor, Friday (13/9/2024).
Previously, KPK Spokesperson Tessa Mahardhika Sugiarto stated that she could not provide clear information to the public regarding the progress of the report on alleged jet gratification, Kaesang Pangarep and Bobby Nasution. However, Tessa ensured that her party was still processing the report.
“Yes, the stages related to the issue are still in the PLPM, still under review, I cannot openly reveal how the process is, who was summoned, what the data collection was like, because it is confidential,” said Tessa at the KPK’s Red and White Building, Tuesday, September 10, 2024.
According to him, the report cannot be informed to the public if it has entered the investigation stage. “If you ask at the investigation stage, I also cannot open it, how far the investigation process is,” he said.
Tessa explained that her party would open the report if it had entered the investigation stage. Even then, it could not be opened in detail. “Unless an investigation warrant has been issued, then only some information can be shared,” she said.
