A link will be sent to your email address. When you click on this link you will have to set a new password.

Now you have to log in to the site using your ID and password.

It is required to provide information for “Add Birth Registration” option.

Now the necessary documents will have to be scanned and uploaded.

You have to submit the form and get a receipt.

If you include this receipt and photocopies of the documents, you will need to contact your county office and submit them.
