For Green Marinade
½ cup fresh mint leaves
¼ cup fresh coriander

½ tsp turmeric powder
1 tbsp curd
½ tsp ginger-garlic paste

Instruction
Prepare the saffron, green and turmeric marinade by combining the ingredients listed above in a separate bowl.
Make sure the cheese pieces are well coated and covered with each marinade. Give them at least 30 minutes to marinate.
A baking sheet should be lined with parchment and the oven should be preheated to 180°C (350°F).
Saffron, green, and turmeric-spiced paneer cubes should be threaded onto the skewers in turns.
Bake the skewers in the preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the cheese is heated through and beginning to brown.
Paneer skewers can also be cooked on a stovetop pan or grill.
Once cooked, remove the skewers from the oven or grill, then serve the paneer tikka hot with mint chutney and lemon slices.
