“Recently, I came across an interview. I watched and saw that I didn’t answer the presenter correctly. However, I wasn’t thinking like that. I just couldn’t convey my thoughts correctly. At home, I was a little upset because of this. I asked myself, “Did I say these words? I don’t think so and I’m not that kind of person. But I really gave the wrong answer.”
Publika.az reports that Khatira Islam said these words in an interview with MTV Azerbaijan channel.
The artist said that he does not go to programs whose format does not suit him:
“When there is a lot of sincerity and such programs, a person is comfortable and can convey his opinion correctly. In such a case, the audience knows you and accepts you as you are. When you do not convey your opinion correctly, the audience does not understand you correctly and aggression arises.
There is always some aggression between the audience and the artists. Who makes it? This is done by writers and presenters who do not format properly. With that title, the audience begins to pour their aggression on the artist, and then a conflict arises between the parties. When this happens, the singer gets angry and does not go on the air.
That singer resents the journalist who writes about him and the audience who listens to him. Artists should be comfortable on the show. I don’t go to shows I’m not comfortable with. I don’t go to shows whose format doesn’t suit me. If I will not be able to express my opinion properly there, it is best not to go there.
