Through her Instagram Stories, the Bogotá presenter came out to warn her followers that they are creating fake profiles with her image, and as an example she gave a screenshot of a Facebook account under the name of one Elizabeth Cediel and with her photo. In this regard, the businesswoman also wrote:

“Why will there be people without life…. They send me this all the time… Fake accounts with my photo on different platforms…. with different names… please don’t fall!”

Later, he assured that he only has official accounts on Instagram, Twitter and Facebook, all of these pages are verified: “They are the only official ones that I manage and that you know! the rest are not mine.”

It is not the first time that Jessica Cediel has come out to make public warnings of this style. In 2021 she came out to clarify that neither she nor her family were promoting investments or anything related to cryptocurrencies. Once again, she called the attention of her followers so that they did not fall for scams.

“I have already talked to you about this topic… in fact, several years and several months ago I had warned them and they continue to do so, they continue to write to me: —Jessi, how is that, what is this about investment, about cryptocurrencies, that I want to do it—…please don’t do it, don’t fall. It gives me a bad temper that people are so stupid and use the name of one or any other person in the environment to deceive…. “Me, Jessica Cediel, and none of my sisters are working with any investment company, cryptocurrencies, or anything like that… the only thing you will see in my name is what I promote here.”
