Two former members of the government return to their positions as Madagascar deputies in the National Assembly. They are Doctor Raymond, former Deputy Minister of Livestock, and Richard Jean Bosco Rivotiana, former Minister of Labor, Employment, Civil Service and Social Laws. Note that the High Constitutional Court lifted the suspension of their mandate, following a referral from the President of the National Assembly. It should be remembered that Richard Jean Bosco Rivotiana is a deputy for Lalangina under the colors of the IRD and Raymond that of Antsiranana II, as an independent.
