The American rapper Shawn Carter, better known as Jay-Z, has been denounced for raping a 13-year-old minor with his colleague in the musical sphere Sean Combs, known artistically as P. Diddy, the New York Post reported this Sunday.
According to the civil complaint filed by the alleged victim, the rape took place at a party after the MTV Video Music Awards in New York in September 2000.
The court documents detail that the woman, then a teenager, was allegedly attacked by the two rappers in a house full of drugs, while an unidentified “female celebrity” witnessed everything. Additionally, the alleged victim reported that she had been raped after drinking a drink that left her “dizzy and dazed.”
For his part, Jay-Z came forward to address the accusations, noting in a statement that the alleged victim’s lawyer refiled the complaint only after allegedly trying to “blackmail” him first. With RT
