The president highlighted the split in the payment of salaries and difficulties in paying in other provinces. In this context, he assured that his Government is willing to dialogue. “We have instructed our ministers to pay attention and, within our budgetary possibilities, we will make every economic effort to give as much as we can, as long as we can continue to pay salaries in a timely manner, without unbalancing provincial finances,” he explained.

Interests and working conditions

In addition, Jaldo expressed his concern about the situation of workers who cannot make ends meet and the unemployed. “I am optimistic and I believe that through dialogue, through understanding, we are going to reach a result that allows us to function as we do every year, in an adequate manner,” he assured.

“The general secretaries of each of the unions always represent their workers, they defend all interests that not only involve the issue of money, but also working conditions and job stability,” he added.
