It’s official! Carmen Salinas will have her own biographical series

Carmelita Salinas will have her own biographical series, which will feature the participation and direction of her family members.

Through a press release, the family of the Lagunera actress announced that they are already preparing a bioseries inspired by her career and life, as part of the commemoration of her third death anniversary.

“A few months away from commemorating the third death anniversary of the beloved and remembered Carmen Salinas, her daughter María Eugenia Plasencia and her son Manuel Monge, together with producer Daniel Shain, are preparing the bioseries of the life of this beloved actress, with the aim of pay him a well-deserved tribute and preserve his legacy,” the statement read.

Subsequently, it was announced that the series will feature unpublished stories and important data still unknown about the actress, which will be narrated by her relatives, especially her daughter and grandchildren.

Manuel Mongue, grandson of Carmen Salinas, will also collaborate in writing the scripts along with a team that has been working on the project for three months.

It should be noted that at the moment it is unknown when the recordings of the project will begin, however, it is expected to have more details about this bioseries in the coming weeks.
