‘It wasn’t my fault, I have always taken care of my daughter’

“It’s not my fault, I have always taken care of my daughter… I trusted the wrong people because they gave me another face,” said the mother of Camila, the 8-year-old girl who was kidnapped and murdered in Taxco, Guerrero.

The above after Doroteo Vázquez, Secretary of Security of Taxco, declared that in the death of the minor “there was a maternal responsibility and there is an omission, because if as a father I have a child I must monitor him, guide him and guide him.” Due to his statements, the official has already offered a public apology.

The mother pointed out that it was not the first time that she was going to play with Ana Rosa Díaz Aguilar’s daughter and that Camila loved them very much.

“The girl even went to my house too. My girl’s only sin was having loved that girl and her mother too much, because she even loved her mother a lot.”

Regarding the lynching of Mrs. Ana, the woman regretted the fact and pointed out that it was something that was not in her hands.

“It wasn’t what I wanted, I wanted her alive so that she could suffer for the same amount of time that I’m going to suffer, but she was rotting in prison for what she did to a girl, that all she did was love her daughter.” , he declared.

Finally, she expressed her hope that no girl has to suffer the same thing that her little Camila suffered.

“No girl deserves that, no girl deserves to have her dreams cut short, no family deserves to be destroyed like they destroyed mine, because they killed my girl, but they also killed part of me… no mother deserves to go through this pain and I don’t know it.” I wish on no one,” he concluded.
