In Ayia Napa, the Second Phase of Twinning with the Municipality of Pogoni will take place in a few days.
The two municipalities are connected by the National Hero Oplarhigos Hatzimichalis Dalianis, who was born in Delvinaki in the Municipality of Pogoni and fought in the Battle of Agia Napa.
The First Phase of Twinning took place at the historic seat of the Municipality of Pogoni on May 17, 2023 with the two Mayors Mr. Konstantinos Kapsali and Christos Zannettou to point out that a common framework of actions and exchange of experiences is being formed in various fields of administration, sports, art and culture.
The ceremony will take place on Saturday, March 23, as part of the celebrations of the Municipality of Ayia Napa for the National Palygenesis, held under the auspices of His Excellency the President of the Republic of Cyprus, Mr. Nikos Christodoulidis.
