Israeli PM Netanyahu bans Al Jazeera, calls it a terrorist channel

Jerusalem: Amidst the ongoing war between Israel and Hamas, the news channel Al-Jazeera has suffered a setback. Actually, Israel has banned the broadcasting of Al-Jareera news channel. Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has given this information. In a post on social media platform X, he has asked for a ban on the broadcast of Al-Jazeera. Along with this, he has also termed Al-Jarira as a ‘terrorist channel’.

Now the time has come to remove it from our country. He further wrote that ‘The terrorist channel Al-Jazeera will no longer broadcast from Israel. I intend to take immediate action as per the new law to stop the activity of the channel. He wrote, ‘I welcome the law promoted by Communications Minister Shlomo Karai.
