Israel Land Authority: Reservists will receive additional benefits in purchasing land in national priority areas

The Israel Land Authority Council last night (Wednesday) approved an additional 10% discount for reservists in the “Iron Swords” war, when purchasing land in National Priority A areas, this is in addition to the existing discount of up to NIS 100,000, depending on the location of the land. In addition, an increase in the percentage of apartments for reservists was approved as part of the “discount apartment”.

Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu last night attended the Israel Land Authority Council meeting, chaired by Minister of Construction and Housing Yitzhak Goldknopf, during which it was also approved to expand the definition of reservists entitled to benefits, so that reservists who served in the framework of the war for more than 45 days will also be entitled to guide reservists.

It was also decided to increase the discounts given to all reserve soldiers and to state that they will be entitled to an additional reduction of 10% of the payment rates established in national priority areas. According to the decision, the discount that will be given to a reservist due to lack of housing in most localities in National Priority Area A will reach up to 90% of the value of the land.
