The Deputy Minister emphasized that one of the other important areas of cooperation is the developing relations in the humanitarian field:
“Japanese humanitarian organizations implement various projects in education, healthcare, agriculture and other social fields in our country. In recent years, interregional relations have a special place in our bilateral relations. , as well as the ongoing activity in the direction of establishing cooperative relations between the cities of Agdam and Hiroshima, Shusha, the cultural cradle of Karabakh, and Okayama, is an example of this.
