The northwestern regions will be affected, starting tomorrow evening, Tuesday, by an extension of a depression in the upper layers of the atmosphere, accompanied by a proliferation of clouds, according to what the National Center of Meteorology stated.
The Meteorological Center said, today, Monday, that the clouds are interspersed with scattered rain, which is good over the western interiors (Daraj – Al-Hamada – Qurayyat – South Sirte), and is accompanied by cells of thunderclouds. The Meteorological Center warned that the rain may cause some valleys to flow.
The Meteorological Center said: “The chance of rain on Wednesday includes most regions of the northwest, with a noticeable drop in temperatures.”
The weather today, Monday, is relatively moderate in most regions of the country, with another fog appearing tonight and tomorrow morning in some areas of the western mountains and the northeastern regions.
According to the Meteorological Center, the winds are variable in direction to northeasterly, light speed in the northwestern regions of Libya. Tomorrow evening, it will shift to the west and northwest.
Maximum temperatures range between (17-20) Celsius and recorded a noticeable drop on Wednesday, according to the weather bulletin of the Meteorological Center.
As for the southwestern regions of Libya, the winds are easterly to northeasterly, light to moderate in speed. Maximum temperatures in these areas range between (20-26) Celsius.
In northeastern Libya, the winds will change in direction to light northwesterly, and tomorrow evening they will turn to southwesterly. Maximum temperatures range between (15-20) Celsius.
The winds in the southeastern regions of Libya will be light northeasterly. Maximum temperatures range between (20-22) Celsius.
