I’m Worried That Tyson Has Blood

Former cruiserweight world champion, Tony Bellew has given his opinion on the highly criticized yet highly profitable fight between heavyweight boxing legends Mike Tyson and YouTuber who switched professions to become a boxer, Jake Paul.

This is the second month petinju announced that the fight between generations will be present in professional boxing format. Although it is not yet certain whether the duel will be held as an exhibition or professionally, the duel format is confirmed to be without head protection.

Many fans question the morality of this duel, including Jake Tony Bellew. He even said he couldn’t imagine how dangerous the duel would be because Mike Tyson was 30 years older than Jake Paul, who was at the peak of fitness, and had just won two knockouts in a row against Andre August and Ryan Bourland.

“I feel worried about it (the Mike Tyson vs Jake Paul duel) personally. But listen, you don’t know what was agreed between the two. It’s scary that Mike Tyson will return to the boxing ring against someone 30 years younger from him. It’s kind of crazy,” said Tony Bellew.

“I hope the fight is a bit of entertainment or even better organized because I don’t want to see Mike get seriously injured. Let’s see what happens.”

This duel will mark almost two decades after the last fight in his professional boxing career Mike Tyson where he lost to Ireland’s Kevin McBride.

While many fans question the morality of this fight, almost all understand why both parties accepted this fight with a reportedly fantastic payday. Bellew will see if his predictions come true when the Paul-Tyson fight takes place on July 20, 2024.
