Balasana
To do Balasana, first sit on your knees on the yoga mat, put the entire weight of your body on your heels, take a deep breath and bend forward. While doing this, keep in mind that your chest should touch your thighs. Then try to touch the floor with your forehead. After remaining in this position for some time, come back to the normal posture. You can do this process 3-5 times.
Benefit

While doing this asana, make the child sit cross-legged. After that, place both his hands on his knees and ask him to close his eyes.
