“The only new thing about the license of (Osvaldo) Jaldo is that he will be out of office for the first time in 40 years,” said the Unidos por Tucumán candidate. Roberto Sanchez. “If he wants to do things well, he shouldn’t be a candidate,” he added.
The governor recently announced that he will take leave to dedicate himself to the campaign, with a view to the October 26 elections. “The only new thing about Jaldo’s license is that he will be out of public office for the first time since the return of democracy. Everything else is pure shell, a staging to show respect for the republic when all he does is subjugate it. We Tucumans should not continue tolerating these lies,” said the radical candidate.
And he added: “If he has so much attachment to transparency and clear rules of the game, he should not be a testimonial candidate. All Tucumans know that he wants to continue exercising power during the campaign because he cannot tolerate being without the privileges that his status as an official gives him. This is what he did in the last four decades.”
Sánchez, who maintains an intense campaign agenda with tours throughout the interior of the province, announced that there will be surprises for the ruling party at the polls. “We are consolidating an honest, responsible space with convictions to seriously change Tucumán. The lies no longer exist,” he concluded.
